Our standard 9H package carries a 5-year warranty when properly maintained. In our climate &mdash; UV, humidity, occasional hail &mdash; most clients see 6–7 years of strong hydrophobic behavior before topping up.

Do you do mobile detailing?

Yes, but limited. Full coatings have to be done in our climate-controlled shop. Maintenance washes and interior details we can do at your home or office within 10 miles of the shop.

Wax sits on top of the clear coat and lasts 6–10 weeks. Ceramic chemically bonds to the clear coat and lasts years. Ceramic is also harder, glossier and far more chemical-resistant.

Two buckets (wash + rinse), a clean microfiber mitt, pH-neutral soap, dry with a clean microfiber towel. Avoid tunnel washes. We hand-write a maintenance card for every client.

All ceramic packages carry a written warranty registered with the manufacturer. PPF carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty. Paint correction is guaranteed for 12 months against return of swirls if you don't tunnel-wash.

Yes &mdash; we usually do wheel-face ceramic as part of the Gold and Platinum packages. Brake calipers can be done with the wheels removed; quoted separately.

Pet hair, yes &mdash; rubber bristles and extraction. Smoke odor takes ozone treatment plus a full extraction. Severe cases we'll discuss before starting.
