These Terms govern your use of the https://momentumdigitalca.com website and the services of Momentum Auto Detailing & Ceramic Coating. By using the site or booking a service you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional auto detailing services including ceramic coating, paint correction, paint protection film, interior detailing, headlight restoration and related services. All services are performed at our shop at 8723 Dover St, Houston, TX 77061, except for limited mobile services within a 10-mile radius.

2. Quotes and pricing

All written quotes are valid for 30 days. Quotes are based on the information you provide and the vehicle's condition at intake; if condition differs materially we will pause work and contact you with an updated estimate before continuing.

3. Appointments and cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations on coating and PPF appointments may incur a $75 reschedule fee due to product preparation.

4. Vehicle drop-off and storage

We will not begin work without a signed intake sheet. We carry garage keeper's insurance on every vehicle in our care. Vehicles not picked up within 5 business days after completion may be subject to a storage fee of $25/day.

5. Warranties

Ceramic coating warranties are issued and registered with the product manufacturer (Ceramic Pro, Gtechniq) at the time of installation. PPF warranties are issued by XPEL. Paint correction work is guaranteed against return of swirl marks for 12 months when the vehicle is maintained according to our written care instructions and not put through tunnel washes.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Pre-existing damage noted on the intake sheet is excluded.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
